
Ed Evans
Chief Executive Officer
Ed Evans has 38 years of experience in the information systems industry. He has extensive product knowledge and understanding of the software industry in particular and across financial services, healthcare and government. He has held several senior executive positions to include: Vice President of Sales Computer Sciences Corporation, Vice President of Sales NEC, Senior Vice President of Marketing TELXON, President of Technology Services Divisions, Comdisco, President and CEO PMA, and President and CEO Napersoft. Ed has demonstrated experience in helping software companies reposition themselves, improving margin and recapturing market share. He was the visionary for handheld wireless technology and for the creation of the Internet’s most successful industry web site, Realtor.com. He has served on the boards of PMA, Napersoft, Spectrix, and PCS. Ed is a graduate of Waynesburg College and began his career with IBM. He joined Integral in October 2006.
Scott Macdonald
President and Chief Operating Officer
Scott Macdonald has over 25 years of experience as a senior sales, marketing, and operations executive. He has a strong background building sales and marketing operations, developing channel organizations and selling value-based solutions for companies including IBM, SSA, Manugistics, and Aspect Development. During his career, Scott has brought to market solutions that deliver significant value to clients, measured by increased revenues and improved earnings per share. Scott has built and run organizations across all major industries, domestically and in Europe, Asia, and Latin America.
Prior to joining Integral in 2008, Scott was part owner and President of Insight Retail Group, based in Wheaton, IL. Insight is a franchisor of and a service provider to bookstores that sell Christian books, music, gifts and Bibles. Scott earned his BA Degree in Political Science from Bucknell University.
John Sandberg
Chief Technology Officer
John Sandberg brings 30 years of network computing design, development and implementation experience to the practice. He began his career with Amoco Corporation, managing the design, development, and implementation of their worldwide telecommunications network for 250 corporate and subsidiary sites. John was involved in product development for a number of technology companies funded by Peregrine Ventures. He led the data center and network infrastructure product/service development for Comdisco Disaster Recovery Services, the leading company in this segment at the time. In this position, he had responsibility for data center and network design and implementation world-wide, including major centers in nine cities, and minor cities in many more locations. At debis IT Services North America (a subsidiary of Daimler/Chrysler now T-Systems), John was responsible for building and operating an application hosting and computer networking services business with 1999 revenues of $40 million. Subsequent to this endeavor, John planned, designed and implemented highly redundant, specialized data centers for network carriers called “carrier hotels” for the largest privately held developer of such facilities. He has performed consulting assignments for a wide range of companies focused on technology infrastructure.
Steve Collins
Vice President, Sales
Steve Collins has more than 12 years experience in sales leadership and partnership development. Prior to Integral, Steve served as Vice President of Sales for Carpedia International, an international management consulting firm, where he was instrumental in developing the strategic direction and growth for their Midwestern practice. Having spent the better part of his career delivering HR and technology solutions to Fortune 500 clients, Steve has an extensive background in driving profitable revenue growth through new markets and supporting existing customers. A graduate of Xavier University’s Senior Management Program in Ohio, Steve earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Fayetteville State University. Steve is also a certified Six Sigma Champion, and decorated veteran of Operation Desert Storm.
John Schladweiler
Senior Vice President, Business Services
John Schladweiler has 35 years of information systems industry experience. With a blend of vendor, client and consulting experience he brings significant breadth and depth to his role as Integral’s Senior Vice President for Business Services. He has extensive product development and marketing experience for systems used by companies and their customers. Examples include the role of Product Manager for the initial automated teller machines, electronic trading systems, bank teller systems, a consumer-oriented system for the real estate industry, a system used to specify trucks for truck dealerships, and an application service provider for the insurance industry.
As co-founder of debis IT Services North America (U.S. subsidiary of the $3 billion debis Systemhaus in Europe, a Daimler company), in three years he built an application hosting and computer networking business including consulting services with revenues of $40 million. As Senior Vice President of the Realtors Information Network, John led the development of an Internet site, which received a Computerworld Smithsonian Award for Innovation and is currently servicing 5 million users per month.
Prior to that John served as SVP, Business and Strategy Development for Comdisco Disaster Recovery Services (where he had responsibility for nine large data centers worldwide), Chief Technology Officer for Strategic Planning Associates, an international management consulting firm, and VP of Systems Planning for Harris Bank. Earlier he spent seventeen years with IBM in a number of product management, sales and systems support roles. John has a BA from Northwestern University and an MBA from the University of Chicago.
Sandee Carter
Senior Vice President, Product Support
Sandee Carter has 26 years of experience in the data processing field in the private and public sector. While working with Integral’s HRMS system as the HRMS System Manager for an Integral client, she successfully completed the Y2K upgrade, improved system security, and implemented several other enhancements to the system. In April 2001, she joined Integral as Director of Client Relations, and in April 2002, she assumed the additional responsibility of managing Integral’s product development efforts, and Integral’s Service Center.
Richard Klein
Vice President, Talent Management
Richard Klein has more than 21 years experience in marketing and Internet development. Richard was the founder and President of tip Interactive, a leading provider of talent management solutions, prior to its acquisition by Integral in 2008. Previously to forming tip | Interactive, Richard worked as Vice President of New Media for Newcourt Capital Group overseeing the Internet, intranet and extranet development for one of the leading sources of commercial and corporate financing in the world.
Before that, Richard held the position of Vice President of New Media at AT&T Capital, where he oversaw web development for marketing, training, e-commerce and knowledge management projects. He is a graduate of Michigan State University with a degree in Communications.
